Managerial Decision Behavior – GMBA 1102
Description:
This course takes a systematic approach to improve your decision-making skills. Managerial and Organizational Behavior helps you lead by providing you with the technical and functional skills needed to navigate the challenges presented by a complex organization. Students will focus on learning how people use information and make decisions, as well as how they develop and use human capital to make things happen.

Students will create two projects during this course.
- The first will be a short essay due between the sixth and eighth week of the course.
- The second will be a research paper due between the twelfth and fourteenth week of the course.
